The service was TERRIFIC with parking on site. Bread and cereals were a nice touch.

The free parking was on-site, GREAT service. We stayed in triple room with strong wi-fi, everything was perfectly fine. Location: the hotel was just next door to restaurants areas, and the many restaurants.

everything was nice, including particularly helpful and exceptionally attentive staff from the bell boy to the receptionist. we appreciated comfortable modern room with comfortable beds. the location was particularly good and excellent for traveling around bogota, near the shopping area, nightclubs and several restaurants nearby. chico district was worth exploring.

The staff was really nice and very helpful. Bed was comfortable, breakfast is nice but you have to ask the staff for extra eggs and fruits if you want... Because there is no much choice on the buffet table.

I did not like the street of the hotel. Did not feel safe there especially at night, but I guess it is fine by taxi (sometimes taxi drivers get lost to find this hotel). The view of the room was ugly. The gym is very very tiny. And could not even make tea in the room...

The rooms were beautifully renovated and spacious, with comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops.

There were a few drawbacks to our experience. The room layout was poorly designed, with inconvenient winding stairs leading to the bed and bathroom.

Opt for the queen suite featuring a jacuzzi and enjoy the plentiful and delicious breakfast offerings.
